Projects within 250' of a protected water body in NH require a NHDES Shoreland and or Wetlands permit. We can help you navigate through this process and get you the necessary permits for your waterfront property. 

Some projects require approval from local boards ex. ZBA & or planning boards. We act as your agent to secure your approvals. 

We can gather all required documents, letters and plans to get you the permits you need to begin your project. 

We are licensed NH and Maine Septic System Inspectors. 

A perched beach is a sandy area that is at least 1' above the high-water line. It usually looks like a terraced area, with a retaining wall and steps leading to the waters edge.
