Working within 250' of a protected waterbody in the state of New Hampshire requires a Shoreland and or wetlands permit. Certain towns also require their own version of a shoreland permit on top of the states requirements. We have helped waterfront property owners for over 15 years. Whether you are looking to build on a vacant lot or redevelop an existing property we are here to help. The process can be daunting but we will make this easy for you.
