Working within 250' of a protected waterbody in the state of New Hampshire requires a Shoreland and or wetlands permit. Certain towns also require their own version of a shoreland permit on top of the states requirements. We have helped waterfront property owners for over 15 years. Whether you are looking to build on a vacant lot or redevelop an existing property we are here to help. The process can be daunting but we will make this easy for you.
-We have been involved in the permitting process with NHDES since the inception of the Shoreland Water Quality Protection Act (SWQPA) in New Hampshire.
- McConkey Construction has extensive knowledge of local and state laws as well as close relationships with them.
- Shoreland & Wetland permit approvals are valid for 5 years
